Very professional, and provided top notch service. Staff went above and beyond all expectations!! Had my solar panels cleaned. This was the first company that showed us before and after pictures of our solar panels and man what a difference! I honestly thought the rain would clean the panels but after I started to notice lost energy production so started looking up what it could be from and sure enough it said the panels could be dirty. We have had solar panels for over 7 years and never had them cleaned because we were told by the sales man that they don’t need to be maintained but it’s not true, you actually do need to maintain them or your energy production could go down. We originally needed our Solar Panels cleaned and when we had them come out, they showed us pictures of a clog in the rain gutters which my husband apparently already knew we had and they offered us a great bundle deal to take care of the gutters too! They were on time and went above and beyond for us! We had them come do our windows and gutter cleaning and were going to have them come back to do the solar panels because we coulnt afford to have it all done at once, but they went ahead and did them anyways and said don't worry we aren't charging you for the solar because we felt bad it was pretty dirty with lots of bird droppings so they went ahead and did it to help us out! It's a shame other companies don't operate like solar ninjas do. We called to get our solar panels cleaned and upon the free inspection they took pictures and showed us how bad of a pigeon problem we had so they gave us a package deal to do the bird proofing of the solar panels and clean them after. I won't even lie, I called a few other companies before I said yes to the bird proofing and they were very fair on price and my wife said let's just do it and we are very happy now.
