Our rental property has been invaded by birds on the roof and under the solar panels so we were looking for a solution to keep the birds a bay and stumbled across bird proofing so we found this company that specializes in that and had them come out and give us a quote. The weird part is, we could tell by talking to a lot of the different businesses over the phone that this is not a regulated industry and theres a lot of posers out there but we definitely felt like their knowledge and expertise was genuine. From the walk thru to the day of installation everything went above our expectations. Everyone knows how contractors are always over promise and under deliver so we were surprised that everything went as planned and we even received a thank you card in the mail a few days later. Customer service is what keeps people happy and this company definitely know what they are doing.. We got a 6 year warranty on the solar mesh installation as well. Very happy with results! We couldn't be more impressed with this company! It was one of the easiest companys to work with, they were communicative, transparent and most important to me- they showed up on time on the day they said they would. Honestly we had called and hired a different company the week prior and they never showed up and stopped answering us so thats when we posted on the Nextdoor app about looking for a company to clean solar panels and install the mesh for bird proofing and The window & solar ninjas kept getting recommended. So we called and set everything up and within 2 days they were here completing the services. We hired them for solar panel cleaning and bird proofing for our house in Corona and they kept us updated from start to finish. What really blew us away was they did a free roof inspection prior to starting the services and showed us video of what they found, there were 4 cracked tiles that looked previously cracked and glued which bummed my husband and I out knowing we now have another issue to take care of. But after everything was done, not only did they do a phenomenal job on the bird proofing solar panels, but they also swapped out the tiles and provided us with before and after pictures. It's a shame other companies don't operate like solar ninjas do. We called to get our solar panels cleaned and upon the free inspection they took pictures and showed us how bad of a pigeon problem we had so they gave us a package deal to do the bird proofing of the solar panels and clean them after. I won't even lie, I called a few other companies before I said yes to the bird proofing and they were very fair on price and my wife said let's just do it and we are very happy now. This was the first company that showed us before and after pictures of our solar panels and man what a difference! I honestly thought the rain would clean the panels but after I started to notice lost energy production so started looking up what it could be from and sure enough it said the panels could be dirty. We have had solar panels for over 7 years and never had them cleaned because we were told by the sales man that they don’t need to be maintained but it’s not true, you actually do need to maintain them or your energy production could go down.
