This was the first company that showed us before and after pictures of our solar panels and man what a difference! I honestly thought the rain would clean the panels but after I started to notice lost energy production so started looking up what it could be from and sure enough it said the panels could be dirty. We have had solar panels for over 7 years and never had them cleaned because we were told by the sales man that they don’t need to be maintained but it’s not true, you actually do need to maintain them or your energy production could go down. They were on time and went above and beyond for us! We had them come do our windows and gutter cleaning and were going to have them come back to do the solar panels because we coulnt afford to have it all done at once, but they went ahead and did them anyways and said don't worry we aren't charging you for the solar because we felt bad it was pretty dirty with lots of bird droppings so they went ahead and did it to help us out! I had a fantastic experience with this service. They answered all of my questions and even managed to squeeze me in for an appointment the same week. They took the time to inform and educate me about the heat spots on my panels, walking me through the proper steps to address them.
